Usually if your location is incorrectly displayed on your Apple CarPlay or Android Auto map it can be resolved by resetting your Pioneer AV receivers GPS/Gyro data. To do this follow the below steps.

Ensure the unit is switched to “Source Off”, then select the gear/setting icon on screen to access the units menu.

Next, select “System Information”

Then select “3D Calibration Status”

You will then see the below screen. Press “Learning Status”.

Then select “Reset Distance”

Then when prompted select “Yes”

Then select “Distance”

Select “Yes”

Select “Speed Pulse”

Select “Yes”

Finally select “Learning Status” again.

Then select “Reset All”

Then when prompted select “Yes”

You should then see the following screen. You can now exit the menu.
